In our restaurant, we feel a great sensitivity for our roots and we are aware that each bottle of wine that we select for our winery transmits the work of the winegrowers, our culture and, ultimately, our way of understanding and enjoying wine.
The wine selection is an extension of our cuisine; a commitment to local products. Each wine is an illusion, a window to the landscape, a message that transforms and exalts our territory, with stories of winegrowers that must be shared.
They are wines with an ancestral language, from winegrowers rooted in the place who find the soul of the vines, highlighting the enormous diversity of native varieties, climates, soils, seas, rivers, springs and mountains that Galicia has.
